PB-Banana Stuffed Cinnamon French Toast

Cinnamony, sugary, bread, peanut buttery goodness - what's not to love?
1 loaf of good bakery cinnamon bread
2-3 eggs, whisked with a sprinkle of cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg
3 tbsp. Tony Peanuts PB
1 ripe banana
Place the tablespoons of PB on a tray. Wrap in plastic and place in the freezer until hard, about 2 hours.
Whisk your egg mixture. Add in the cinnamon, vanilla, and nutmeg. Place a nonstick skillet on low heat to begin warming.
Lay out three slices of cinnamon bread. Place the tablespoons of peanut butter on the slices of bread. Slice the banana and layer on top of the peanut butter dollops.
Place three more slices of cinnamon bread on top of the bottom pieces. Place a pad of butter in the warmed skillet and coat the pan. Dip each cinnamon bread, PB, and banana stack in the egg mixture, coating thoroughly and pressing together the pieces of bread.
Place each cinnamon bread stack in the warmed skillet and brown thoroughly on each side. Once each is thoroughly browned, serve immediately with plenty of additional peanut butter and bananas on top.
