Ingredients
2 cups Steel Cut Oats
1/4 cup Chocolate Chips
1/4 cup Dried Cranberries
1/4 cup Chia Seeds
1/4 flax meal

1/2 cup crunchy peanut butter
1/3 cup pourable yogurt or coconut yogurt
4 tbsp. all natural fruit jam
2-3 scoops (~70 grams) protein powder of your choice
Directions
Measure out all of the ingredients and place in a large bowl. Using a spatula or electric mixer, mix all of the ingredients together until a cookie dough like mixture forms.
Using an ice cream scoop or your hands, break off chunks of dough and roll them into balls. Once firm, place on a plate or in a tupperware and let set in the fridge for a few hours. Enjoy!
